Privacy Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

Color Up is a website run by Benkyo To Renshu LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). We sell casino dealer training apps and the Dealer Coordinator Program, software for table-games dealer rotations. This policy explains what this website collects, how we use it, and who else handles it. It covers this website and its inquiry form.

Training app privacy policies

This page covers the Color Up website. For device-only training progress, app hosting and fonts, retention and deletion, read the policy for your trainer:

  • CenterAction (Center Action) Privacy Policy
  • Roulette Payout Trainer (RouletteTrainer) Privacy Policy

What you send us

The only personal information we ask for is what you put in the inquiry form on our Dealer Coordinator Program page and then email to us:

  • Your name (required)
  • Your email address (required)
  • Your property, such as a casino or card room (optional)
  • A topic: General question, Book a demo, Pricing and billing, Design changes, or Excel import
  • Your message (required)

The form doesn’t send anything by itself. When you press Send, it opens your own email app with a new email to us at SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net, with your answers written out in it. Nothing reaches us unless you send that email. When you do, it comes from your own email account, so we also receive your email address and anything your email provider adds to it, such as the name on your account.

Please don’t put other people’s personal information, such as dealer names or rosters, or anything sensitive in the form. If you want us to import dealer data, ask us first and we’ll arrange a better way to send it.

What your browser sends automatically

When you visit, your browser contacts our host, Railway, and Google Fonts. These requests include your IP address and details about your browser, such as its type and operating system (the user agent). Our host records the page you asked for and when you asked for it, and its server can also log other details your browser sends, such as the page that linked you here. The services are described below.

What we don’t collect

  • No accounts. You can’t sign in or create an account on this site today.
  • No payments. The site doesn’t take orders or payment details today.
  • No cookies or browser storage. Our code doesn’t use cookies, local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. Like any website, your browser may keep a cached copy of our pages, images and fonts.
  • No analytics, ads or tracking. The site has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, third-party scripts, or embedded videos, maps or frames. The only script is our own. The only outside resources are Google Fonts’ stylesheet and font files.

The payout drill on the homepage runs in your browser. With JavaScript on, your drill answers stay in your browser and aren’t sent anywhere.

Before we add analytics, advertising, cookies, accounts, checkout or payments, we will update this policy.

How we use your information

We use the inquiry emails you send us to read and answer them: for example, to reply to a question, set up a demo, or talk about pricing. We reply to the address your email came from. We look at our host’s request logs only to run the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles your information

We are responsible for the inquiry emails we receive. These services handle information for us, and each also has its own privacy policy:

Google, our email provider

Our inbox is on Google Workspace, Google’s business email service, so Google stores the inquiry emails you send us as our email provider. Your own email provider also handles the email you send, under its own policy. Google’s privacy notice for Workspace: cloud.google.com/terms/cloud-privacy-notice.

Google Fonts

Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser loads a page, it connects to Google’s font servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and requests the font stylesheet and any font files it doesn’t already have cached. Google’s Fonts FAQ says these requests give Google your IP address, the address of the file requested, and standard browser headers, including your user agent and the referring page.

Google says Google Fonts doesn’t set or log cookies, uses the IP address to answer the request and for security, and doesn’t use Google Fonts data to build profiles or for targeted advertising. It doesn’t say how long it keeps this data: fonts.google.com/faq.

Railway, our host

This site is hosted by Railway. Every request for a page, image or file passes through Railway’s network. Railway’s documentation says its request logs include your IP address, your user agent, the page requested, the time and the result of the request. Our server’s logs can also include the full web address requested and other standard information your browser sends, such as the page that linked you here and your language settings. Railway keeps these logs available to us for 30 days on our current plan.

For our visitors’ data, Railway acts as our service provider. Its data processing addendum says Railway also uses some service data, such as activity logs and data that identifies where a request came from, for its own purposes, including security and preventing abuse: railway.com/legal/dpa and railway.com/legal/privacy.

When the law requires it, or if the business changes hands

We may also share information when the law requires it (for example, a subpoena or court order), to protect our legal rights, or with a buyer or successor if Color Up is sold.

How long we keep it

  • Inquiry emails in our inbox: as long as we need them to answer you and to keep normal business records, and then we delete them. Your copy stays in your own sent mail, under your control.
  • Railway logs: available to us for 30 days on our current plan. Railway may keep some data longer under its own policies.
  • Google Fonts: Google doesn’t state a period.

Your choices and requests

You don’t have to use the inquiry form to use this site. It’s the only place on the site that asks for personal information.

To ask what information we have from you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email us at SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net from the address you used before. We’ll answer access, correction and deletion requests only at the email address on the original inquiry. We can act on the copies we control, such as the emails in our inbox. Google, Railway and your own email provider keep their own records under their own policies.

Security

Our pages are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Email you send us travels through your email provider and ours. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure.

Children

Color Up is made for casino dealers and the people who run table games. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has emailed us, tell us at SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net so we can delete it from our records.

Do Not Track and tracking by others

We don’t collect information about your activity across other websites, and our site uses no cookies or similar tools to recognize you from visit to visit. The site works the same way whether or not your browser sends Do Not Track or a similar signal such as Global Privacy Control.

Other parties may be able to collect information about your activity across websites. Google (for fonts) and Railway (our host) receive requests from many websites. Google says it doesn’t use Google Fonts data to build profiles or for targeted advertising, and Railway handles its logs under its own policies. We don’t control what these parties collect.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on our homepage, on our Dealer Coordinator Program page near the inquiry form, and at the top of this page before the change takes effect. We won’t use information we already have in a materially different way without asking you first.
