Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers Roulette Payout Trainer (also called RouletteTrainer or Roulette Trainer), the Color Up casino dealer training app operated by SoraShouri LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). It explains how the trainer handles information, including when its web-based training features are used in an installed app. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net.

The trainer is a practice tool, not real-money gambling. It does not take wagers or pay winnings.

Practice data stored on your device

Your level, single-zero or double-zero table, automatic progression settings, paid and correct answer counts, current and best streaks, level progress, and up to 12 missed payouts for review.

The trainer stores this information in local browser storage to remember your choices and show your progress. Payout answers are processed on your device. The trainer does not upload your practice history or scores to us, and it does not sync progress across devices. Simulated bets and players are generated training scenarios, not real customers or transactions.

Local progress remains until you reset it or clear the relevant app or browser storage. Blocking storage or using private browsing may prevent progress from being saved. We cannot access, restore or remotely delete these device-only records.

Network requests and service providers

Railway hosting

When the app loads its hosted pages or files, your device connects to Railway, our hosting provider. These requests disclose your IP address, requested file or page, browser or app user-agent information, request time and response status. Railway processes request logs to deliver the app, diagnose failures and help protect the service. We do not use these logs to build advertising profiles or identify your practice results.

Logs are available to us for 30 days on our current Railway Pro plan. Railway may retain service data for its own security or legal purposes under its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Google Fonts

The web trainer requests font stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address, the requested Google file address and standard HTTP headers, which may include browser information and a referring page. These requests provide the fonts used to display the trainer; they do not contain your practice scores or saved progress.

Google Fonts does not set tracking cookies. Google handles font-request information under its Google Fonts privacy information and Privacy Policy. Google does not state a specific retention period for font requests in its Fonts FAQ.

Optional support email

If you email SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net, we receive your email address, any name supplied by your email service, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and resolve support or privacy issues. Our mailbox is provided through Google Workspace. Your email provider and Google process the email to deliver and store it; see Google’s Workspace Data Processing Addendum.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or other people’s personal information. Support emails are optional and are not required to practice.

Information we do not request

The trainer’s web-based training code has no account-registration or sign-in feature, no advertising, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. Its training code does not request access to contacts, precise device location, the camera, microphone, health information, phone records or an advertising identifier. It does not use tracking cookies. Local storage is used for the training features described above, not cross-site tracking.

If you purchase or download the app through Google Play, Google handles your store account, payment and download information under Google’s Privacy Policy. A store transaction is separate from your device-only practice records. The trainer does not contain a form for entering payment-card information.

How information is shared

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. The network and email information described above is processed by Railway and Google to provide hosting, fonts and support email. We may disclose records we hold when required by law, to protect legal rights or service security, or as part of a business transfer subject to this policy. Device-only practice records are not part of those records because they are not sent to us.

Retention and deletion

• Practice data: kept on your device until you reset it or clear its storage. In Settings, choose Reset stats and confirm with the second tap. This clears paid and correct counts, streaks and missed payouts, but keeps your level and settings.
• All local settings and cached files: to remove these too, clear site data for the trainer’s address in your browser. For a version with its own app storage, use your device’s app-storage controls to clear that storage. Uninstalling an installed web app may leave data in the browser; clear the browser’s site data as well. Deleted progress cannot be recovered by us.
• Hosting logs: available to us for 30 days; provider security or legal records may be retained under Railway’s own policy.
• Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain necessary business or legal records, then deleted. You can request deletion of copies we control by emailing us. Your sent email and provider records remain subject to their own controls and policies.
• Font requests and store records: retained by Google under its applicable policies. Use Google’s privacy and account controls for information Google holds.

There is no trainer account to delete. To request access, correction or deletion of support information we hold, email SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net and name Roulette Payout Trainer. We may need to verify that a request is yours before releasing or changing personal information. We explain any records we must retain for legal or security reasons. Do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate verification method with you.

Security

Hosted app pages and font requests use HTTPS encryption in transit. Practice data is kept in the app or browser’s storage on your device, without an additional encryption layer supplied by the trainer. Protect your device with its screen lock and storage controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The app is designed for adult casino dealer training and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact SoraShouri@Countersoftware.net so we can address the request and delete information we control.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date when the app’s data practices change. We will provide notice within the app before a material change takes effect and obtain consent where required. This policy is available publicly without a sign-in.
